"Fuck This World" is an interlude and the ninth track from Rina Sawayama's debut album, Sawayama (2020). Written by Rina with its producer Clarence Clarity. The track is about feeling disconnected from what is happening on Earth.

In an Apple Music interview, Rina explained that the song is about separating from the reality of Earth, and viewing the planet from above.
Sawayama wrote the song when she had "hardcore climate grief." "I hated seeing all the global weather events that were making species extinct, and yet humans doing nothing about it. I wanted to break up with this capitalist world that took the earth for granted." She also revealed that the song was longer. "I feel like it just tells the story already. Sometimes a song doesn't need that full structure. I wanted it to feel like I'm dissociating from what's happening on Earth and floating in space and looking at the world from above," she said. "Then the song ends with a radio transmission and then I get pulled right back down to Earth, and obviously a stadium rock stage, which is…."[1]

The song was part of the regular set list of the Dynasty Tour, which began on 8 November 2021 in Dublin, Ireland.
