John Wick: Chapter 4 is the fourth installment in the American neo-noir action thriller media franchise John Wick starring Keanu Reeves. It was directed by Chad Stahelski, with screenplay written by Shay Hatten and Michael Finch. Production commenced in June 2021 in Paris and Berlin, with additional filming locations in Japan and New York City. The film was initially released in London theatres on March 6 2023, and in the United States on March 24th.
In June 2021, it was revealed that Rina Sawayama joined the cast alongside Donnie Yen, Shamier Anderson, and Hiroyuki Sanada.

- Ian McShane as Winston, the Manager of the Continental Hotel
- Lance Reddick as Charon, the concierge at the Continental Hotel in New York
- Rina Sawayama as Akira[1][2]
Additionally, Donnie Yen, Shamier Anderson, Bill Skarsgård, Hiroyuki Sanada, Scott Adkins, Marko Zaror, and Clancy Brown have been cast in undisclosed roles.
Production[]
The screenplay was written by Shay Hatten and Michael Finch, as the studio had decided to move on from series creator Derek Kolstad.[3][4] Production commenced in June 2021 in Paris and Berlin, with additional filming locations in Japan and New York City.[5]
In June 2021, Rina Sawayama joined the cast along with Donnie Yen, Shamier Anderson, Bill Skarsgård and Hiroyuki Sanada.[6][7][8]
On casting Sawayama, the film's director Chad Stahelski said he was "so glad to have [her] on board to make her feature film debut" in John Wick: Chapter 4. "She's an incredible talent who'll bring so much to the film."[9]
